Description
A little bit of (almost) everything! Our Selection Pack is a great way to explore our range of ethical cheeses. The Bluebell within this Selection Pack will be at its best from mid-March to mid-April 2021.
The pack includes an information leaflet about our approach to farming that keeps dairy cows and calves together. It’s a perfect introduction to The Ethical Dairy cheeses and the price includes postage and packaging.
Four of the cheeses, Rainton Tomme, Fleet Valley Blue, Laganory and Carrick, are made with raw milk. Bluebell is made with pasteurised milk. Our blue cheeses are best eaten within 3 weeks of despatch, and the others within 4 weeks.

4 x min. 150g of Fleet Valley Blue, Rainton Tomme and Laganory. 1 x 200-250g Bluebell. Some variation in weight is likely due to variable moisture content.
